Google launched the Fitbit Air in India on Wednesday, marking the Mountain View-based tech giant’s first screenless fitness tracker. The device was first showcased a few weeks ago at the “Made by Google” event in India, where the company confirmed its October market debut. The Google Fitbit Air had already been released in select global markets in May. Google states that the tracker is designed to minimize notification distractions, allowing users to wear it comfortably throughout the day.
